Light Party at KCC Oct 31st 2011
Our annual Light Party was a blessed time of fun, games, magic and of course eating.
Many neighbourhood kids and their parents came and joined us. Julia and Stephanie were sharp and humourous MCs. Florence and her team led the games and Paul wowed them with a fun filled magic show aided by Francis. We all finished up with a delicious sausage sizzle. Decorations were kindly lent to us by Lew and Angela Meyer. Praise to God for looking after all of us and blessing us with good weather.

Click HERE for all the photos of the event, thanks to Liann Yim, and HERE for photos of the preparations taken by Paul.

Everyone had a great time climbing the walls and making smoothies.
I had a great time! Thanks Daniel for instructing us and Laura for organising. The smoothies were yum as too! My hands and arms are tired and I didn't even climb much.

Saturday Group Walk at Cascades Kauri Park
The Saturday games group did a walk at Cascades Kauri Park on Saturday July 30th. We walked along the Auckland City trail, with a short detour to an awesome waterfall.
It was a good (and very wet!) time of fellowship and marvelling at what God has made - shining streams, awesome towering Kauri (as well as mud glorious mud)
IGNITE Fundraising Dinner
Ignite Youth held a fundraising for the new KCC building by hosting a dinner for members of the church. It was a night full cooking, eating, serving and fun! Thanks to the youth, especially Stephanie and Julia, who organised the dinner, and all who helped out, including Nilesh with his special curry...more
